Barber took victory in her battle against Miranda Maverick on UFC on ESPN, Sandhagen Dillashaw. For UFC Fight Night 205 on 23 April 2022, Barber took on Montana De La Rosa and was victorious via unanimity. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye at UFC 276 in July 2022. Barber won this fight by unanimous vote. This bout was also the last fight under her current contract with UFC and she then re-signed with the organization later in the year. Barber defeated Andrea Lee in her last fight on 25th march 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by a majority victory.
