For UFC Fight Night 205 on April 23, 2022, Barber was a fighter against Montana De La Rosa and won by unanimity. Barber fought Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on the 2nd of July the 2nd of July, 2022. She was a replacement for Casey O'Neill. It was won by unanimous decision. Barber's contract was terminated by UFC after the fight, but Barber re-signed in later times. Barber beat Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on the 25th of March 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
